Record Entries for F-T October

With a record number of 1,400 entries to date, Fasig-Tipton has added an additional day to the schedule and will conduct the auction from Monday, Oct. 19 to Thursday, Oct. 22. “Thoroughbred sales like the October Sale gain momentum when they work well for both sellers and buyers,” Fasig-Tipton President Boyd Browning said. “Fall Yearling graduates have performed very well on the racetrack and an expanded format will give buyers more selection, more diverse pedigree and more choices. We look upon it as a win-win.” The four continuous sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m. each morning, with all entries contained in a single catalogue. The catalogue will be available online from approximately Sept. 30.
